Job Title: L1/L2 MSP Technician

Salary: Starts at $62,000. Goes up with experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled L1/L2 MSP Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support to our clients in New York City, demonstrating strong communication skills and expertise in both Mac and PC environments.

This position is focused on interpersonal skills, so if you're a strong communicator, but maybe lack technical expericence, you're still encouraged to apply. We're looking for someone who can learn quickly and is eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to clients across New York City
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
• Install and configure software applications like Adobe CC, MS Word, Autodesk, etc.
• Onboard new employees with customer's tech stack

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence to easily navigate to various locations via the most appropriate mode of transporation
• Basic experience with both Mac + PC
• Experience building/repairing PCs
• Be detailed oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Adobe CC Suite
• Experience with Maxon Products
• Experience with Houdini
• Experience with Thinkbox Deadline or other render management software
• Some sort of production experience.
• Programming/Automation Experience

This position will very rarely (<5 weeks/yr) require on call. On call will come w/ extra compensation
